Inexpensive, simple and versatile piece counting weighing machine ideal for weighing medium-small products with manual finishing.

• 70 litre product hopper.
• Lower vibrating chute to extract products from the hopper and feed the weighing basket.
• Two vibrating chute vibration levels selectable via HMI: rough-grinding and finishing.
• Hopper outfeed baffle adjustable in height using a hand-wheel, so as to guarantee consistent product flow.
• Weighing basket with load cell protected against power surges.
• Load cell sensitivity according to the maximum weight required and the product dimensions.
• Two operating modes managed via the PLC: automatic and semi-automatic.
• The machine can be synchronized with vertical packaging machines, box lines, manual feed systems.
• Management via microprocessor and dedicated Imanpack keyboard.
• Production data with save and retrieve options.
• Machine built according to CE Standards.

Automatic operations
The vibrating chute feeds the weighing basket in rough-grinding mode until it reaches the preset value. It then switches to finishing mode, dispensing the product slowly until it reaches the preset weight; the basket then unloads the product and a new weighing cycle commences.

Semi-automatic operations
The machine performs the rough-grinding phase as per the automatic mode. In the finishing phase, the cycle stops before reaching the final weight. The number of pieces already dispensed is then displayed, allowing the operator to terminate the cycle and unload the remaining pieces into the basket. On reaching the desired number of pieces, the machine automatically unloads the dispensed amount.

Software for the management and control of packaging machines

The CAESAR software is designed to be integrated with the Imanpack packaging machines. It provides management and control over the entire line via Personal Computer, with both fixed or mobile devices (tablet or smartphone).
