Imanpack proposes a solution for the medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.
MVR4 is a patented machine for high speed counting of pills and capsules, completely PLC controlled. It consists of four vibrating tracks, started independently by a pneumatic device. The vibration intensity is adjusted to optimise the feeding and alignment of the product. The products are counted at the discharge station by an optical fibre photocell, one for each of the four automatic opening synchronisation containers. Excess products are automatically discharged to four recycling tracks and taken to the recycling container.
Its versatility allows it to also be used in the food industry (chocolate manufacturers).
