Nails are accurately dosed through a combination of weight control and piece counting, ensuring consistency and reliability in every pack. Once dosed, the nails are wrapped in polyethylene bags for clean, protective packaging.
A key feature of this solution is the integrated magnetizer, which activates exactly at the moment the product is dropped into the bag, ensuring that the nails inside are magnetized and easier to handle during final use.
