Our complete system includes the MCWS9 weigh/count scale, ideal for medium to large-sized items, and the Microvert PRO vertical form-fill-seal machine, which ensures secure and consistent packaging. This integrated line is suitable for a wide range of furniture accessories such as screws, bolts, spacers, handles, plastic inserts, and more.
The MCWS9 uses a torsional vibrating channel for bulk feeding, counting the pieces one by one through a dedicated hole – ensuring a precise count before packaging. Once the target quantity is reached, the counted items are transferred directly to the Microvert PRO, which forms the bag, fills it, and seals it automatically.
