This packaging line is designed for two specific products — plastic tubs and cups — and offers a fully automated solution for both.
The process starts with the Cupcounting machine, which accurately counts the products and organizes them into neat stacks. The stacks are then sent to the Micropack PRO LTS, which wraps them into compact polyethylene packages.
From there, the workflow continues seamlessly: packages are picked up by the AV 100 Pick & Place Robot and placed into carton boxes. The case erector opens and forms the boxes, while the taping machine securely seals them on both the bottom and top sides.
Whether it’s tubs or cups, the Imanpack line ensures precision, speed, and reliability at every stage, from counting to primary packaging to secondary packaging.
