The rotary table system is particularly suitable for products such as screws, nuts, bolts, fittings and similar components. Its design ensures a smooth and controlled product flow, provided that the length of the parts is greater than their width, allowing consistent and precise counting performance.
A belt hopper feeds the system by carrying the pieces onto the rotary table, where, thanks to its tilting movement, the products naturally align on their side. Once properly oriented, they are transferred onto the outfeed belt, which conveys them to the downstream process, ensuring continuity and efficiency in the production flow.
When defining the most suitable counting solution, several key parameters must be considered: product type (screws, washers, wooden dowels, plastic parts), physical dimensions, and material characteristics.
Production requirements are equally important, including desired speed, number of pieces per dose, and total quantity to be packaged. These elements allow the configuration of a tailored system designed for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
