Complete dosing system for a fastener with two packaging options, in carton box or in polyethylene bag. The product is dosed by two counter/scale MCWS2 that can pour the doses in the same package or alternately in two different packages. The carton box packaging line includes a carton forming machine TRF2000 and a box closing machine MC2000. CMF5 counting modules can have different size and shape to properly process various products: in this counting and packaging line for kits of screws and plastic components there are standard, conical and special modules with air blowing for piece selection. Pieces selected by each counting module make up a kit that the operator can complete with an instruction sheet added through an aperture in the packaging machine feeding hopper. The Microvert PRO packaging machine makes polyethylene packages with two joined pouches, one of which contains the sheet. Weighing and boxing lines for hardware can be completed with an automated robot palletizing system. The versatility of the palletizing robots makes them suitable for picking up and depositing boxes, cardboard sheets and the pallets themselves. In this furniture hardware plant, product is dosed by an MCWS4 counting/weighing machine and placed into boxes, which are automatically formed and taped to the top and bottom side. 13/10/2021 - Moonlight LTS for surgical masks

In order to reduce machine downtimes and not interrupt the production, the Moonlight packaging machines can be equipped with a double reel holder with automatic changeover: the machine detects when the film from the first reel has run out and starts up the second one so that the two join by means of a previously prepared strip of double-sided tape. The spare reel can be loaded even when the machine is running. The system is installed on a machine for surgical masks also equipped with a rotating die-cutting machine and a double labelling machine: the label is applied to the film in correspondence with the incision in order to obtain easy-open resealable packs. The modularity of the counting lines allows them to be composed in a totally customized way, even creating double lines to manage a large number of different parts. This new MICROPACK PRO INTERMITTENT with cup counter and loader is an horizontal wrapping machine for the packaging of solid products with heat sealing or polyethylene film, in special plastic cups and trays.
