About the job

Imanpack Packaging & Eco Solutions, is looking for a German Sales Representative, to be included within its staff.

We’re looking for a results-driven German Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

An agency that wants to promote the sale of our packaging machines, systems and automation solutions.

Preferably a company that can ensure sales and after-sales service.


Imanpack, with more than 45 years of experience, designs, manufactures and sells a complete range of automatic packaging systems to meet the needs of any industry: food, hardware and kit, paper and publishing, automotive and spare parts, house care and personal care, pharmaceutical, textile, catering, wet wipes and much more.


If you are a highly motivated professional with familiarity with working for European companies, then this could be the job for you.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven background in Sales, working towards achieving sales targets. Knowledge or experience in the retail, medical, plastic, fastener or automotive industry or interest and understanding of packaging machinery, is preferred.


Professional profile:

Located in Germany, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell Imanpack products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales
  • Identify prospective customers
  • Analyze the German territory/market’s potential
  • Continuously improve through feedback 



  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Highly motivated 
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver Imanpack presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the English language is a plus.
